The Instructions Coordinator, has been teaching for many years. The Coordinator has taught throughout the State of California, from Shasta County to Imperial County. The Instructor Coordinator has over one thousand hours,of REAL TIME EXPERIENCE teaching and proctoring food safety exams. Our Coordinator WAS ONE of the FIRST FEW instructors to start teaching for this subject matter, back in late 1998, when State Mandate was initiated for the Three Year Food Handlers Certificate. He is College educated and focused on Delivering given information, in a practical and concise manner.

We also work with two great friends, and associates.

Both are great assets to our Services offered. Both have aquired their Masters Degree in Environmental Health. Both are REGISTERED CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SPECIALISTS. BOTH worked for the County of Los Angeles as Health Inspectors, each appx 8 years plus. One of them is Osha Certified, and has taught this subject matter at a College level. We feel proud to be able to work with such fine individuals.
